Allstate also declared the payment of quarterly preferred dividends.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Common stock dividends<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Allstate declared a quarterly dividend of $1.00 on each outstanding share of the corporation\u2019s common stock, payable in cash on Jan. 2, 2026, to stockholders of record at the close of business on Dec. 1, 2025.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preferred stock dividends<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Allstate also declared approximately $29.3 million in aggregate dividends on three series of preferred stock for the dividend period from Oct. 15, 2025, through Jan. 14, 2026.
