MKIII, which has 11 employees, said it has referred about 5,000 new US customers this year. Co\u2011founder Bryan Adler told the Financial Times: \u201cIt\u2019s all done by the machine,\u201d adding that MKIII retains a single person who \u201cspends three hours a day manually reviewing some [borderline] cases\u201d for creditworthiness.
